The personal data transmitted by the Customer are recorded in the files of LINK2LINK. LINK2LINK can in no way be held responsible for the collection of this data from the "data subject".
In accordance with the GDPR directive, LINK2LINK processes the Customer's personal data, on documented instructions, and exclusively for the following purposes: provision and invoicing of telecommunications services, interconnection with other operators and its invoicing, dispute management, management of the relationship with the Client, market studies, creation of directories and information services or directories of URL addresses, the fight against fraud and infringements, quality control of service, sending of information commercial and the realization of campaigns towards the Customer on the products and the Services of LINK2LINK and of other companies to which LINK2LINK is bound by contract. The data will only be communicated to third parties for the purposes specified above. The Customer may object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes by contacting LINK2LINK.
Customer data will be kept in accordance with the retention periods provided for by regulations, and LINK2LINK will take all reasonable measures to ensure its security.
In accordance with Directive 2016/679, all data subjects have the right to access, rectify, restrict, erase and portability regarding their personal data. Anyone concerned may also withdraw their consent and lodge a complaint with the appropriate authority.
LINK2LINK staff are duly trained in GDPR procedures, and no personal data may be copied or transmitted without the Client's authorization.
LINK2LINK undertakes to provide the customer with the information necessary to justify its compliance with the GDPR Directive 2016/679. Any request for information can be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
At the end of the contract, or at the Customer's simple request, LINK2LINK undertakes to erase all personal data relating to the customer and in his possession, unless retention is required by law or authorized by regulation.
